CPU Intel Atom D525 not go to safe energy level/mode. In specifications this CPU have 5 leves of energy using.
CPU work in nettop Pegatron AMIS L6 D525.
Stay latest BIOS: IPPPV-D3G-PEGA-0406
Inside BIOS not have functionality to turn on/off powersafe mode..
All time CPU work in max performence mode. In program CPU-Z write core voltage: 2.220V - this not many? In BIOS write core voltage 1.100V.
Multipler all time work on x9, but in specification write: x6-x9
How turn on power safe mode?

Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
In this case, this is a limitation from your computer manufacturer, is this option is not enable you will need to contact your computer manufacturer to find the way how to do it, your computer manufacturer may have alter the feature and have made other changes and they are more familiar with it.
