Unless your laptop has/had Intel Anti-Theft (McAfee, now discontinued) or Computrace/Absolute, you are likely out of luck.

If you are Windows 10, although I do not know anything about how it works or what devices it works with, you may want to go to Settings, Update & Security, Find My Device.
