    Intel Unite crashes on some client computers

      Hi,

      Intel Unity crash on client computer with graphisc card Intel HD Graphics 3000, ex. Dell Latitude E6420, BIOS A21, Intel Graphics 9.17.10.4229, OS: Windows 7 Pro x64.

      It is connecting fine but when user start "Present Screen" Unite crash - see pic.

      In the same time screen on the Hub goes black with PIN in top-right corner till I point "Close program" on the client. It is no problem to connect from other client to Hub in this time.

      There is no adequate error in Event log on Hub.

      On client computer:

      Faulting application name: Intel Unite.exe, version: 3.1.41.18, time stamp: 0x590cffab

       

      Faulting module name: MSVCR120.dll, version: 12.0.21005.1, time stamp: 0x524f83ff

       

      Exception code: 0x40000015

       

      My hub brand is Intel NUC

      Model: NUC5i5MYHE

      BIOS: MYBDWi5v.86A.0034.2017.0116.2148

      OS: Windows 10 Pro v. 1607 b.14393.693

      We use standalone deployment.

      Intel Unite version on hub and client is 3.1.41.18 by Intel downloaded from: Download Intel Unite® App

       

      Note that on other computers (with we have) Unite working fine (ex. HP EliteBook 840, HP Elitebook 8570w, Dell Latitude E4310, Dell M4500)

            I was checking in to see if there was any update? I'm having the same issue with my client in an enterprise environment.

              I have the same problem on a Dell Latitude E5540:

              Application crash "Intel Unite.exe" when click on "Present Screen"

              When click on "Present Application" there is no crash.

               

               

              Computer model: Dell Latitude E5540, BIOS Date: 09/06/13 05:19:26 Ver: A00.00

              OS: Windows 7 Prof. SP1 32-bit

              Software: Intel Unite Version 3.1.41.18

              Intel Unite installation for enterprise:

              msiexec.exe /qn /norestart /i "Intel Unite Client.mui.msi" PINSERVERLOOKUPTYPE=“Lookup” INSTALLTYPE="Enterprise"

               

               

              When clicking on "Present Screen", Intel Unite is crashing (faulting module: MSVCR120.dll
