Please provide steps to replicate the issue. These steps are very crucial to finding the root cause and fix.

Also, have you tried contacting the game’s developers to find out if there is a patch that you can use to solve the issue or to get some kind of support from their end?

Since you have an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) system I suggest you to manually install this driver, please see how to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1*

Thanks for the reply. I tried the latest driver and it's still not working.
The question I have is that I have tried this game on another computer with Intel HD Graphics 4600 GPU with exactly the same OS version and the problem doesn't exist. So I would still think it is related to the driver with the later GPU.

Is it possible for you to test this driver version 188.8.131.5242? I know it is an older version but we just want to know if there any regression.
Obviously, this is just for testing and we want you to stay with this previous version.

If so, this game is only meant to run on Windows 10 Mobile, Windows Phone 8.1, Windows Phone 8.
The only other reference I found is Cross Gate PC: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross_Gate , released on 2001. If this is the game, we do not have it on physical form, thus we would need to obtain it in digital first and even if we get it, since it is such an old game we may not get a fix for it anytime soon, as other newer games and apps take priority.

After you download and unzip the game files (Please temporarily turn off anti-virus software for complete extraction of the game files), you may simply execute BlueLogin.exe and you will see a launcher screen as following:
Make sure that you select "4" in the combo box at the bottom left corner (although other characters might appear unrecognizable to you) and then press the button on the right to launch the game. You can see the defects after the game launched.

We have been trying to replicate this issue but we have not been able to do it, the files you attach we are not able to run it or download it to execute it, so for that reason we haven’t been able to test it.
Can you point us to a website where we can download an executable file to install it in our system and be able to test it?
