I have a computer with integrated intel HD graphics 2000.

The problem I having is that the HDMI output doesn't scale to the entire TV screen (LG model LS5600).

All my drivers are up-to-date

I have tried another with another computer an it's working good.

How can I resolve that?

I'm attaching the info file of my HD graphics.

Thanks

Hello sapasiega,

Thank you for contacting the Intel community.

Please try the following:

Right click on the desktop and then click graphics properties.

The next thing you need to do is to find the dropdown for the resolution and select a larger resolution for your TV.

You can also find the aspect ratio and move the sliders on the image to adjust.

I hope it helps.

Regards,

I'm sorry, but I haven't explained well.

I made a mistake becouse the problem is that my computer connection by HDMI doesn't scale to TV screen for 5 days ago (I see and hear nothing).

Thanks

Hello lacasapasiega,

I'm a little confused here; do you mean that you have a black screen or blank screen? Scaling is different than seeing nothing or hearing nothing.

Sorry I apologize for my bad English.

I'm hearing nothing and I'm seeing the LG logo and the words no signal on my TV screen.

Thanks

Thank you for the information.

Was the system working fine before?

Just to make sure - Verify that the TV is set to the appropriate Input mode – specifically HDMI. Some TV's have multiple HDMI connections, so make sure you are using the correct one that corresponds to the port the cable is connected to.

Try unplugging the HDMI cable and plug it in again.

Is it possible for you to try with different HDMI cable?

I hope this can help.

Regards,

Thanks for you advices.

Previously I have been checked all HDMI TV conexions and verified with another cable and computer, everything went well.

I think the problem is in HDMI conexion in my computer.
