Now that we confirmed your computer model, I just wanted to let you know that the reason why this driver is not being updated is because your graphics controller does not support Windows® 10, it won't be possible to install this driver on your computer. I recommend sticking with the supported operating systems for the driver availability. The operating systems for Intel® HD Graphics 2000 are;
- Windows 7*
- Windows 8*
- Windows 8.1*
Check the following link for more information on the drivers; http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html.

4. Re: Cannot update driver - please help
Hopesy Jun 1, 2017 7:13 AM (in response to Intel Corporation)Hi Amy
Would it be possible to buy a Graphics card to fix this problem whilst still using Windows 10?
I don't have an external hard drive to back up all my files, to then go back to windows 8 - just seems like a lot of work and don't want to risk losing any apps/programs/files, besides I've just got used to using windows 10.
I'm surprised my computer would ask me to upgrade to windows 10, when it can't keep up with the drivers? Wish i'd have had this warning before.
I'm happy to buy a graphics card for my computer if this helps?
Thanks,
Alex

I believe you should be able to add a graphics card; however, only Dell will be able to confirm this and also provide a list of compatible cards for your motherboard.
