Any ideas? I opened a support ticket (02808444) for this if someone would be able to take a look for me. I'd love to be able to troubleshoot this myself but where to start? Are there any logs I can check?
Hi Graham, responded to you from the ticket. Is the system you're trying to have a remote session with a headless system or a system that uses an on-board video card or possibly even a notebook that has the lid shut?
