I can confirm that with this driver we don’t get a problem similar like yours, in our Lab we have updated to the Windows® creator and install this driver and there is no problem.
Do you also have all the latest drivers installed?
Note: On April 11, 2017, Microsoft began the Windows®10 Creators Update rollout. Microsoft recommends—unless you’re an advanced user who is prepared to work through some issues—that you wait until the Windows 10 Creators Update is automatically offered.

I was able to get it working finally. I used the drivers from your bundle link. However, most, if not all were already installed. Two things changed for sure:
1. A windows update went through.
2. I used a different monitor 1080. I was installing on a 1440 monitor before.
3. Maybe I missed a driver from the bundle (chipset maybe?)
Personally, I think it is the 1440 monitor was the trouble (though it worked great under linux).
Regardless, I am glad it is working now!
