    WHEA CODE 19 - Intel NUC7i5 BNH WIN10

    Hans-Linus

      Dear Community,

      a couple of days ago i got my new NUC7i5 BNH.

      I use Windows 10, a Samsung SSD m.2 228ß SM961 PCIe and Kingston HyperX Impact SO-DDR4 2133 MHZ 16 GB (2x8GB).

      I Installed Windows and i experienced sudden restarts with no warning.

      I went through the internet and reconfigured the restart- condition.

      So the next time i got a blue screen with the request to restart windows due to an unknown critical error and the possibility to use data (with a notice to whea uncorrectable error).

      So I took a look into the eventlog (Ereignisprotokoll).

      There i found some events with the WHEA CODE 19.

      Here is one of those errors:

        </EventData>

        </Event>

      I searched the internet.

      An my research implied that there is a possible hardware defect - more specific a CPU defect.

      Can anyone confirm that ? or could there be other reasons.

      Answers please in English or German.

      I really appreciate the help !

      Thanks

      Hans-Linus

      Liebe Community,

      ich habe seit wenigen Tagen den neuen Intel NUC7i5BNH mit Win10.

      Windows 10, a Samsung SSD m.2 228ß SM961 PCIe and Kingston HyperX Impact SO-DDR4 2133 MHZ 16 GB (2x8GB)

      Leider startet das System ohne Vorwarnung gelegentlich einfach neu oder ich bekomme den BlueScreen mit der Aussage, dass ein Fehler aufgetreten ist und ein Neustart erforderlich ist.

      Dann wird die WHEA Referenz gegeben.

      Im Ereignisprotokoll habe ich nun nachgeschaut und hier treten öfter WHEA Code 19 Fehler auf.

      Hier einer exemplarisch:

      Ich habe nicht viel in Foren bisher dazu gefunden außer, dass es sich potentiell um einen CPU-Cache Fehler handelt.

      Stimmt dies ?
      Kann hier jemand vielleicht etwas weiterhelfen ?

      Meine Informationen weisen die ich gefunden hätte laufen darauf hinaus, dass es sich um einen Hardwaredefekt handelt.

      Kann das jemand in der Community bestätigen ?

      Für Hilfe bin ich sehr dankbar.
