I'm getting some weird pixels on the bottom of the screen, it happens when i run anything on native resolution without vsync. I did some tests provided by the manufacturer and everything is ok, i tried both intel and dell's drivers but i have the same results. It doesn't happen on 1360x768 (native resolution is 1366x768)

Hello -str,
I understand that when vsync is off the bottom of the screen flickers.
Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be casing to you.
In order to help you better I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Please attach to this thread the .txt file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
May I have the model number of the monitor you are using?
What type of video cable are you using between the computer and the monitor?
To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.
Regards,
Fred D.

Hello -str,
I am sorry to hear the issue persists even after updating drivers.
Please let me know if the "Vertical Sync" option on the Intel Graphics Control Panel is set to "Application Settings" or "Driver Settings".
Are you using any specific application that requires either enabling or disabling vsync?
Please also run the following utility and let me know if it finds or not an error https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool

QPI link rate Test - Not supported.
Skipping QPI link rate Test."
