I understand you are trying to download some Windows 10* drivers for your Fujitsu* ESPRIMO E3521 computer.

After checking Fujitsu’s Download Center I found out that they have not validated Windows 10* for that specific computer model. This is a compatibility issue between the hardware of the computer and the operating system.
What I can recommend is reinstalling the operating system that came with the computer so you can have drivers for it. You can reinstall the operating system with the Fujitsu Recovery Tools.
