The minimum and maximum amount of shared memory for graphics is customized by the laptop manufacturers, in this case HP. The option to increase it normally is located in the BIOS or by accessing the Windows registry. If that option is not showing in the BIOS and registry option does not work, then the best thing to do will be to get in contact with HP and confirm the maximum amount of shared memory, in some cases by adding more memory RAM the system allows to share more memory to the graphics, but that is also something that needs to be confirmed by HP:
