Can you please provide the following information?
- BIOS version:
- Do you have the Windows® 10 Creators Update installed?
- The part number of the HDMI cable you are using and the graphics driver version you have installed?
- Have you tested a different HDMI cable?

I guess the HDMI display port is set erroneously to a limited range (16-235) in the display driver. I had to change it to "Full Range" using the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel.
