Refresh with typo fixes and descriptions in my previous post. Sorry.
We are working to make Intel Server Motherboard produced by an OEM vendor to be tested under Linux in PD Line and encountering one challenge to support Intel Management Engine basic function testing on it as the SW tool on hand is only able to read ME revision without function testing.
The chipset is C612.
May I know if there is a similar test software available for Intel ME?
Thanks in advance,
I found one utility closest to my requirement from Intel download center.
Unforunately, it's Windows revision but not for Linux.
Is there any Linux revision of Manageemnt Engine Verification Utility available?
I would like to let you know that in this case the right place to get more accurate answers regarding your inquiry is; https://www.supermicro.com/support/index.cfm, this since the Intel® C612 Chipset is a server chipset and any questions related to it should be handled by Supermicro. Based on your question, I would also recommend using the Linux forum support; http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/.
Sam, I understand; however, this type of questions should handled by the computer manufacturer, from our end we provide support to desktop and mobile solutions.
Hopefully their support can help.
