We understand that you noticed a performance drop in the WiFi connection whenever you use a Bluetooth* device. Here are some important items for your consideration about this:
- Devices using Bluetooth* technology may cause local interference to the WiFi connection, specially if the Network is using 2.4 GHz. Bluetooth* uses this band as well. Information about sources of local interference is mentioned in the the advisory: Quick Checks to Improve or Fix Wireless Connection Issues.
- We would like to mention that driver development for Intel® Wireless adapters happens in the open-source Linux community. You may want to check the iwlwifi Linux Wireless page for details and support information. You can also find additional information about this in the following document: Linux* Support for Intel® Wireless Adapters.
- In our best effort, we advise you to make sure you are using the latest drivers and firmware for your wireless adapter, as noted in the 2 previous links regarding Linux support.
- If the issue persists after this, please keep in mind the limitations mentioned in the iwlwifi page: "About platform noise" and "Wi-Fi / Bluetooth coexistence".
