Based on the information showing in there, in order to try to fix the problem we can try a BIOS update, but before trying that, please check directly with HP in order to get the instructions of how to do it:
Also, the problem seems to be related to Windows, normally for this type of scenario to re-install Windows from scratch might be a good option to do, but also before trying that, the best thing to do will be to get in contact with HP directly to see if that is a good option for this problem, if by any chance there is a hardware problem with the processor, they will also provide all the warranty assistance needed.
