Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
I’m sorry about the issue you have after updating to the newest version of Windows.
I don’t have very clear what driver version you have but is it the latest driver 18.104.22.16825? If not, I suggest you to install this version and if the problem persist try accessing the ASUS website and update all the drivers and BIOS, you should be able to download the latest drivers for your system here:
If the issue persists, try uninstalling the graphics driver and then install the Intel® generic driver manually.
Please check Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel® Display HDMI/Audio Driver and see how to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1*
Hi! Thanks for your response.
Yes, I've tried 4 of the latest releases of drivers for my card and the one you sent a link to. All my Asus drivers are up to date including the bios.
I've unistalled graphic driver every time and removed the drivers, and then performed a reboot followed by a new installation of the drivers.
It was a few more drivers that still didn't work. So I don't know the reason. There must be a lot of bugs in the new windows update.
The solution for now was to roll back to the previous version of windows 10. After that, every driver started to work again.
So... Still no solution. I guess have to wait and hope for Microsoft to fix this or that you make a new driver for windows 10?
Your Laptop has also a discrete graphics card, in this case, I suggest you to uninstall both drivers the Intel® graphics driver and the discrete graphics card driver and then install the Intel® graphics driver first with manual installation and then the discrete graphics driver.
If this does not solve this problem, then I strongly recommend contacting Microsoft for further support about this issue.
