NUC7i7BNH - Windows 10 Pro 64bit does not recognize LAN controller

I've just done a clean install on Windows 10 Pro 64bit on my newly-built NUC7i7BNH system, and I have installed all of the NUC drivers with the exception of the LAN driver (lan_win10_64_22.1.exe).

When I try to install the driver, there is a quite significant amount of disk activity for around 5 minutes, and then I am presented with a message informing me that the driver could not be installed because there are no Intel network devices in the system.

I have verified in the BIOS that the controller is enabled, and when I look in Windows device manager I see 3 network devices (2 Bluetooth and 1 wireless), and 1 unknown device, which is presumably the onboard LAN.

Any suggestions / assistance in how to get this driver installed would be much appreciated, as I can't finish setting up the PC until I have a functioning (wired) LAN connection.
