In regard to your inquiry, not sure which is the specific model of the Intel® compute stick you are using, but you can always try to un-install the Intel® remote keyboard from “Programs and Features” in Control Panel, then restart the stick and re-install the application again. Also if the problem persists you can always try to do a BIOS update to the latest version and try to install the application again.
