I have a desktop PC with an i5 6th Gen 6400 CPU and Intel HD Graphics 530. It has an HDMI port (which I understand is 1.4).
I want to buy a new High res monitor for photographic work (not gaming), such as the Benq SW2700PT which is 2560x1440.
Can the Intel HD Graphics 530 support 2560x1440 at 60Hz on HDMI? It must be 60Hz or thereabouts.

Hello Coutaman,
I understand you would like to know if Intel HD Graphics 530 support 2560x1440@60Hz through HDMI.
Yes, the screen resolution you are trying to use is supported through HDMI. The maximum screen resolution Intel HD Graphics 530 supports through HDMI is 4096x2304@24Hz so lower screen resolutions should work fine.
Let me know if you have or not any other inquiry.
Regards,
Fred
