In order to better assist you regarding this situation, would you please provide us with more detailed information when you get this error.
What operating system are you using?
Do you have the latest BIOS version installed?
What are you trying to install via USB?
Did you try to run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool as it shows here?

We are trying to install Centos via USB install.
NOTE: We have 30+ NUCs installed.
Regarding the IPDT, please see the last line of my initial post. I receive "Fast TCS Calibration Failed" when using the tool.

Please bear in mind that Intel hasn't validated these operating systems. We recommend you use the latest kernel. If you need assistance with Linux* on Intel NUC, check your distro's website and forums for peer assistance.
