Hi, PrvakXhaK, Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Processors communities.
The Intel® Turbo Boost Technology that your processor has in the 2.0 version, that is why if you try to install the software for the 3.0 version it will not work with your system, look for "Advanced Technologies" on the link below to confirm that:
http://ark.intel.com/products/95443/Intel-Core-i5-7200U-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-3_10-GHz http://ark.intel.com/products/95443/Intel-Core-i5-7200U-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-3_10-GHz
Now, the turbo boost is a feature that is embedded on the processor and it works automatically when the processor itself detects high load of work. Remember that the manufacturer of the laptop has the capability to do different customizations and enable or disable some features on the computer. In this case maybe there is an option on the BIOS to enable or disable the turbo boost feature, but in any case the best thing to do will be to get in contact directly with them to confirm that information.
Any further questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Alberto
