After reviewing the information you provided (DxDiag), and the laptop specifications, seems that your laptop supports up to Windows 8*, if you upgraded to Windows® 10, you may face some incompatibility issues, I also noted you are using the latest graphics driver (.4425).
In this case, the only recommendation I have is to make sure the TV is set to receive video from the HDMI input you are using to connect the TV to the laptop.
If you keep on having the same issues, I would recommend contacting MSI Support.
