Investq99, in this case, as Al mentioned, the best place to get support is through Microsoft.
If you saved the file in a different location (such as USB stick, external hard drive, etc) and if the device is not connected to the computer, then you may get this kind of issues because the file is not on your computer but on the external drive.
If that's not the case, then, as Al recommended, you may contact Microsoft.
