    can't fullscreen with low resolution

      Provide a detailed description of the issue

      when I fullscreen my game with resolution lower then my desktop resolution(1600x900),there is a black border around my screen.

      Please place an X to the right of the option showing how often you see this issue using specific steps. (Ex: 'Every few times a game is started it flickers.' <- This would be "Often")

      Always (100%):

      ie Does it have AMD or NV graphics too?

      EFP = External Flat Panel (Monitor you plug in)

      I didn't see anything about VBIOS,here is the GOP version 7.0.1005

      here is a picture of the issue,I didn't use print screen because that picture can't see the black border.
