Additionally, I find that when copying a file using a 1GBit/s connection I219-V, with transfer rates of about 100 MB/s (i.e. almost maxed out) that CPU usage is around 25% - this is very high for simply transfring a file and if combined with 4k decoding - i.e. streaming a 4k file over the LAN that i cannot get frame rates above 10-12 fps.
So basically, over the last 48 hours of testing on and off, the NUC7i3BNH cannot stream and decode 4k video smoothly.

I have updated the HDMI FW to allow for the HDMI 2.0 4k 60hz issue

Hi, Mike.Compton, Thank you very much for joining the Intel® NUC communities.
In order to provide the most accurate response to your inquiry, we will do further research on this subject. In order for us to be able to do that, we just need the following information:
Please install the SSU tool (System Support Utility):
Once you do that, the tool will allow you to save the information as a file, so, once you save it, please attach it to this thread, in order for us to see it.
Also, right click anywhere on the desktop and look for the option: Intel® HD Graphics control panel, once you open that, choose "options and support", then select "information center", and then choose where it says "file" at the bottom, you will get a text file, please attach it to this thread, so we can verify it.
Just in case, on the link below you will find the datasheet for the Intel® Iris™ Plus Graphics 640 controller where you will find additional details about it:
Any further questions, please let me know.
