Intel HD Graphics 530 crashing with Gears of War 4

The game starts fine but when the map is loading the game freezes. I have been able to start some games and play but it freezes and I need to close it and reopen.

I noticed this other thread with similar graphics card to mine, but theirs was 520, 530.

Should I try the same fix?

While I was waiting for a response I tried reinstalling the game and this seemed to work.

Just for reference, it may have also had something to do with my second graphics card (I have a HP Envy All-in-One) which is an AMD Radeon R7 365 and had an old driver, although I was previously running the game from the Intel card.

So, either of the above things had an effect.
