You aren't going to find Windows 7 drivers for the NUCs with 7 Series processors. Windows 8.1 is similarly not supported either (use Windows 10; that's the stance that Wintel is taking).
I have also found that the WMC hack on WIndows 8.1 runs just as badly as that on Windows 10...

Thank you very much to N. Scott Pearson for the details provided above.
Passinos,Thank you very much for joining the Intel® NUC communities.
On the link below you will be able to confirm that the NUC7 will be fully compatible only with Windows® 10, so, as it was mentioned before, there will be no drivers for Windows® 7 or 8.1:
Any further questions, please let me know.
Well, that is what I thought. thanks for the feedback on Win8.1 WMC. I wont waste my time.
I will keep at the Win10 WMC hack and see if I can get it stable. or look to lesser alternatives like PlexDVR or EmbyDVR.
I have a Ceton infiniTV6 ETH, which give me 6 tuners that can be shared by PCs across my LAN. WMC seems to only work well with Windows 7. There are drivers for Win8.1 (Pro x64 only), but I was never able to get the WMC add-on to run cleanly. For now, at least for my HTPC applications, I will stick with previous-generation NUCs and Windows 7. If you have any better luck getting WMC running cleanly on Windows 10, let me know...
I have 2x HDHR Primes. problem is I wanted 4k and wanted a small HTPC without having to get a dedicated GPU for hdmi 2.0.
going to look at ServerWMC on my old NUC5 Win7 and try KODI frontend on my NUC7.
