    Intel Hub not connecting to Server

      It seems the hub isn't connecting to the server. The upper right doesn't have a pin it just has the -- going back and forth. I confirmed I can get to the server from the url in the ServerConfig.xml.

          In order to further assist you, we just need to verify a few details:
           
          Please provide the sku or ordering code of the computer you are using?
          Please provide the brand and model of your system?
          Which Intel® Unite version are you running as a hub?
          What is the current BIOS version of the computer?
          Which Windows version are you using?
          Please try a BIOS update to the latest version on your system, and then try to run the software again.
           
          Please let us know the results of trying the step above.
