Can someone help me about CPU issues? (Stuttering)

I do not remember exactly when, but almost always I've had stuttering. Usually the games work me at 60 fps, but those who need some power, 3D above all, when playing always the frames freeze/it slows down the frames (stuttering) for a secons, making any game almost unplayable. When I was playing I looked at the task manager and on the CPU graph, at the time the fps were down the graph also went down. I wish someone could help me with my problem. Thank you very much.

P.S: games that i play: Overwatch, CS:GO, League of Legends, PayDay 2, Bioshock: Infinite... On almost all I play in the lowest setting

CPU: Intel Core i7- 5500U 2'40 GHz

RAM: 8GB

AMD Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R7 M260

Laptop: Toshiba Satellite L50-B-247

Operating System: Windows 10

Current version: Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition 16.12.2

Screen: Toshiba TruBrite® HD TFT high-brightness display with LED technology and 16: 9

Wewow, Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Processor communities.

In order to try to fix this problem, we recommend installing the latest graphics driver for your laptop. I was looking at the specifications of it, and as you mentioned the laptop is working with AMD Radeon™ R7 M260 Graphics, so in this case the best thing to do will be to install the graphics driver provided by Toshiba. I was looking in Toshiba's web site for the latest graphics driver, I found different versions for Toshiba® Satellite L50-B, but not the 247 model and also for some reason there are no graphics drivers showing:

So, at this point the best thing to do will be to get in contact directly with Toshiba to get further assistance from them:

Also, since the laptop is working with the AMD graphics controller, on the following link you will find their graphics forums, in there you should be able to get further peer assistance to try to fix this problem:

Finally, some games might be too heavy or required high resources from the system to work properly, in this case maybe your laptop does not meet those requirements and that is why they are stuttering. Remember that the warranty is on this product is also provided by Toshiba, and in the case you are interested in doing an upgrade of the processor, the best thing will be to check with them as well. I hope they will be able to help you in fixing this problem.

Any further questions, please let me know.

Regards,

Yes! It was very useful to get that information. I installed the lastest version of the graphic but still stuttering. It could be an issue of the cpu? I don't know exactly how to communicate to Toshiba. But thank you a lot!

If the problem persists after trying the graphics drivers then yes, there could be a problem with the processor itself or with another component in the laptop, remember that the warranty in this case will be provided by Toshiba, so the best thing to do will be to get in contact with them, you can use the phone numbers and email on the links below or visit their forums:
