NUC6i7KYK USB-C power delivery for external monitor

I've built myself a portable monitor from parts sourced on aliexpress, and am looking for a way to power it via USB-C. I'm wondering what the specs are for power delivery over USB-C, and whether the power delivery spec itself makes for data and power over the same connection. Specifically I'm driving the monitor via USB-C alternate mode and am looking for a way to deliver the monitor controller the 2A @ 12V it's looking for via a single cable, or perhaps via a USB-C splitter (if such a thing exists).

In my ideal world it would look something like this: NUC6i7KYK --> USB-C --> DP w/DC barrel connector for 2A @ 12VDC. Obviously I'm sure this cable doesn't exist, just wondering what my options are.
