Please try the following:
- Remove the SSD/HHD and one stick of RAM (in case you are using two), turn the unit on and try to get to the BIOS (F2 during POST).
- Follow the same process but test the second RAM with the same RAM stick.
- Follow the steps above again but using the second RAM stick.
Please let me know how many times you were able to get to the BIOS (if any).

I only have 1 stick, it still wouldn't post no matter which slot the ram was installed in.
Sorry for not responding. I ended up claiming warranty and sent it back. They found it faulty and are sending me a new one.
