Yes I did contact them, I was informed that the code they provided was valid and that it was Intel's responsibility to provide the game through that code. I have to agree with them. Since the code that they gave me according to your website, was valid, Intel just didn't have enough of the game codes available. As stated above, Since it was Intel's campaign and I was instructed to contact Intel's support, I did so. That was 4 months ago and I still haven't received a reply form them.
I feel cheated, If it was the case that it was the supplier that should have handled this, why did the Intel campaign website then state that I should contact Intel customer support?
