According to our translator system, after you installed the firmware on the SSD, using Intel® Solid-State Drive Toolbox, this one is no longer working and is making your computer not to even POST.
Did you notice any error message while running the firmware update?
Could you try the SSD in a different computer?
In case you can make the system to POST or boot again, please try the firmware update tool to verify the firmware on it.
We have updated several drives with the same method and all of them worked just fine.
