In this case, the reason why the driver is not available for Windows® 10 is because the USB 3.0 support is already included in the OS, therefore, no driver is required.
The driver is required (for example) in a system with Windows 7* and USB 3.0 ports because Windows 7 does not include native driver support for USB 3.0.

I have a product form KC Softwares called DUMo that is falsely identifying the driver update. I have notified the vendor.
