Your motherboard does not support Windows 10:
Now, all of this does not mean Windows 10 will not run on your processor and motherboard.
Any information needed for your chipset is already in Windows 10. There is no updated chipset inf for Windows 10.

I understand you are not being able to update chipset driver in your computer.
Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.
The operating system already installed a chipset driver for your computer. If your computer is currently working fine there is no need to update any driver. If you are having issues with Windows 10* the best option would be reinstalling any of the operating systems ASRock* has validated for your computer.
