Hello prakash_suren,
I understand computer restarts automatically when the graphics driver is enabled.
Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.
I would like you to try updating the graphics driver. Please try installing this driver version, and let me know if issue persists or not https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22165/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-Windows-7-Windows-Vista-exe-?product=81517 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22165/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-Windows-7-Windows-Vista-exe-?product=81517

Hello prakash_suren,
How did the issue start happening? Did you change any software or hardware before the issue started happening?
What type of video cable are you using between the computer and the monitor? Have you tried different video cable?
Regards,
Fred

It started to happen suddenly , i have tried upgrading display drivers but the continues to happen , also installed clean win 7 ....
Now it happens almost every time when i start doing simple tasks like browsing {chrome , fox} , media play ....
I doubt MOBO causing the issue ?

Hello prakash_suren,
I am sorry to hear issue persists even after reinstalling the operating system.
Another troubleshooting step we can try is updating the BIOS of the computer.
Please install this BIOS version first, and then test the system https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18974/BIOS-Update-TYG4110H-86A-?product=37164 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18974/BIOS-Update-TYG4110H-86A-?product=37164
If issue persists you can try this other BIOS version, and then test the system again https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19167/BIOS-Update-TYG4110H-86A-?product=37164 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19167/BIOS-Update-TYG4110H-86A-?product=37164
If issue persists please try latest BIOS from this link https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19202/BIOS-Update-TYG4110H-86A-?product=37164 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19202/BIOS-Update-TYG4110H-86A-?product=37164
This link will show you how to update the BIOS on an Intel Desktop motherboard. You can use any of the six methods http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/desktop-boards/000005547.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/desktop-boards/000005547.html
Let me know if issue persists or not.

Hello prakash_suren,
We have performed several troubleshooting steps already. At this point all that I can think of would be an issue with the graphics controller on the motherboard itself. I do not see any other troubleshooting step that can be performed.

Fred

Hello prakash_suren,
The issue seems to be hardware related so most likely the motherboard needs to be replaced.
