I understand screen freezes up when you are playing a computer game.

In order to help you better I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Please reply to this email attaching the .xml file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
Let me also know the name of the computer game you are having issues with.

Thanks for the additional information you are providing.
I would like you to try updating the graphics driver. Please download the driver that is on this link https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26229/eng/win64_154028.4501.zip
Install that driver with the steps that are on this YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1KzoQDjMMY
