Wow! You guys actually fixed grass and smoke in Crysis!
First time on video, working smoke and grass on Intel HD DX9&DX10.
Minimize bug and LOD bug still there.
For another DX9 flickering title you can check Need for Speed: Underground 2, it has flickering rain problem. Rain in game completely random so at first you never realise that something not right.
Spoiler: Crysis 2 has bug too... later i will make bug report.
After updating my intel graphics drivers to x.x.x.4703. CS:GO is flickering.
I also tried downgrading to 220.127.116.1124, 18.104.22.168.4279 and 22.214.171.124.4256.. but no success, flickering stills or fps went down from 120 to 40!
So i uninstalled Intel HD Graphics and let Windows search for it. Windows found a x.x.x.4444 and it works flawlessly on CS:GO.
Windows 10 x64
Intel HD Graphics 4400
DVR -> OFF
After restarting my computer, Windows Update has updated to x.x.x.4531 (29/09/2016) and it still works flawlessly on CS:GO.
If I have a problem with an online game called DarkMu this when connecting to the server, many of the options appear in transparencies I have a 7th generation Icore 3 with HD 630 graphics I have tried all possible configuration and I have not been able to fix the problem , but in my laptop with a third generation Icore 5 with HD 4000 graphics I do not have that problem could help me solve this problem
Is this game a variation of MU Online? If so, please check this other thread for reference:Intel HD Graphics 620 Driver - transparency bug in Muonline game and preferably keep posting in that thread. This is for flickering issues while the issue you have is with the transparency of the HUD.
Ronald_Intel, this is depressing. Almost over one year, fixed only Halo 2 and partially Crysis? In https://communities.intel.com/message/463407 Alberto said "We will also include this information on the research we are doing on this subject." How this "research" looks like?
Now, good news (no thanks to Intel devs), you can play with no bugs in Dreamfall: The Longest Journey. For this we are gonna use WineD3D, DirectX to OpenGL wrapper.
Download version 3.0 https://fdossena.com/?p=wined3d/index.frag
Extract d3d9.dll, libwine.dll and wined3d.dll in game folder where dreamfall.exe
You can try fix another games like this, even DX8 like BloodRayne series which is runs very slow, use d3d8.dll instead d3d9.dll.
PS. Splinter Cell - Double Agent crashes.
One. Word. Shame.
I'd like to report a problem involving bad textures in Battle for Middle Earth (BFME1, a DX9 game) when using intel integrated graphics cards. This is not a flickering texture issue, but I think it could be somewhat related. I already described the problem in this intel forum thread.
Succinctly, when playing this game in a laptop, running windows 10, with an intel integrated graphics card, the game is unable to render water and tree textures correctly. On the other hand, playing the game on a desktop PC (also running windows 10) with an external NVIDIA card shows no problems. Here's the comparison:
I was able to replicate this issue in every laptop I tried the game on:
HP Spectre 13-v103np
CPU: Intel Core i7-7500U
Packard Bell EasyNote TS11-HR:
CPU: Intel Core i5-2410M
Toshiba Satellite L50-B-16X:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4500U
So, to me, this is clearly related with intel integrated cards and DX9 support and my only hope is that this issue might be addressed in a future driver version.
