In order to better understand the issue you are having could you please include the following info:
- Server, chassis, board model
- Troubleshooting steps already performed (PS reseat, swap, etc)
- System logs
- Current BIOS version
Its possible this could be an intermittent issue and could be resolved by reseating or swapping the PS. If the issue follows the PS its possible a hardware issue that will require the PS to be replaced. In such a case this server is a bit old and its possible that it is out of warranty so the PS replacement won’t be covered.
