          Hi caothai,

Yes, there is nothing beyond a 1GB partition, so a resize partition is needed. The partition to be resized is the one mounted on /dev/root, which actually is

          /dev/mmcblk0p2

so resizing is not possible in the Intel Galileo itself, because the partition is "busy" (mounted on /). Thus, resizing should be made in another OS/environment.

I thought Intel had been documented this issue, but I can't find anything about it beyond custom made images, which is far from overkilling in this case.

          HTH,

          Fernando.

            Hi Caothai,

            Thanks for reaching out.

FGT is right (Thank you by the way), you have to resize it on another OS/environment.

To solve it, I found this thread that can be helpful for you:  https://communities.intel.com/thread/46019

If you have issues with it try the suggestions here: https://communities.intel.com/message/393112#393112

I hope this works for you.

            Have a nice day.

            Regards,
            Leonardo R.

              Thank Fernando and Leonardo R,

I use GParted to rezise /mmcblk0p2, it works :

              root@galileo:~# df -h

Filesystem      Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on

              /dev/root        29G  1.5G   27G   6% /

              devtmpfs        116M     0  116M   0% /dev

              tmpfs           116M     0  116M   0% /dev/shm

              tmpfs           116M  8.4M  108M   8% /run

              tmpfs           116M     0  116M   0% /sys/fs/cgroup

              tmpfs           116M   28K  116M   1% /tmp

              tmpfs           116M   12K  116M   1% /var/volatile

              /dev/mmcblk0p1   50M  2.3M   47M   5% /media/card

              Thank for your help,

              Have a nice day,

              Thai.
