    NUC6I7KYK boot error (PXE-E53)


      After my brand new NUC ran for a couple of months, it crashed with a BSOD and now it fails to boot into Windows with error PXE-E53: No boot filename received. I have BIOS v.0042 and all latest updates. Is this the hard drive? I have the brand new Intel SSD 600p Series (256GB, M.2 2280 80mm NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4, 3D1, TLC).  Any way to check what causes the error?


      I tried booting from a Windows 10 DVD and checked every repair option with no success (repair could not find problems, restore point did not work, etc). The only thing I can do is reinstall the OS (that's the only option that seems to be available), but I do not want to waste time if the drive is going bad.
