Hello ANDO2:

Thank you very much for joining the Intel® graphics community.

Thank you as well for providing that picture.

According to the specifications of the laptop located on the link below, the graphics feature is supported by both Intel and Nvidia:

http://psref.lenovo.com/syspool/Sys/PDF/Lenovo%20Desktops/ideacentre%20300/ideacentre%20300.pdf http://psref.lenovo.com/syspool/Sys/PDF/Lenovo%20Desktops/ideacentre%20300/ideacentre%20300.pdf

We just wanted to make sure if the above information is correct, in order for us to be able to do that, please provide the following information:

Please install the SSU tool (System Support Utility):

You will be able to download it on the following link:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Once you do that, the tool will allow you to save the information as a file, so, once you save it, please also attach it to this thread, in order for us to see it.

Also, if you are able to access the Intel® HD Graphics control panel, please choose "options and support", then select "information center", and then choose where it says "file" at the bottom, you will get a text file, please attach it to this thread, so we can verify it.

Also, by any chance do you remember the graphics driver version that was installed on the PC before the Microsoft update?

That monitor that it is not showing, did you try to reconnect it and make sure it is properly attached to the PC?

Any further questions, please let me know.

Regards

Alberto

Hello ANDO2:

You are welcome.

Thank you very much for providing the information and files above, we really appreciate that.

As a troubleshot step, we can try to un-install the current graphics driver from device manager and test older drivers.

Open the Device Manager

Expand the Display Adapters section.

Find the Intel Graphics Driver.

Right click Intel Graphics Driver and select Uninstall.

Select the check box Delete the driver software for this device.

Reboot the computer after uninstall process has finished.

On the following link you will find the steps to install the driver manually:

We can try drivers:

Also, do you have the option to test the PC with another HDMI cable?

Are you using adapters or converters to connect the displays?

ANDO2, Perfect, excellent, it is great to hear the problem got fixed by installing driver 4542.

And yes, the problem seems to be related to the driver, in order to stop the Microsoft® Windows® driver update from happening we can try the following steps:
