For example, TPM is restricted in China, how can a@ laptop shipping to China pass vPRO vertification?

In Intel® vPro™ brand platform requirements there is exception that allows to not include discrete TPM module (required by Intel® TXT technology) to meet specyfic country law requirements (may require separate Intel Inside program agreement).

China is one of such countries - due to restrictions of discrete TCG's TPM use, so Intel® vPro™ systems manufactured to be shipped to/sold in China do not have discrete TPM on board and can still be branded with Intel® Core™ vPro™.

If Intel® Core™ vPro™ does not have discrete TPM module -Intel TXT technology will be unavailable but all other Intel® Core™ vPro™ technologies will work.
