Provide a detailed description of the issue

Big performance drop (from 100 fps to 30-35 fps) in League of Legends when attacking the dragon (https://boosteria.org/wp-content/uploads/dragon-warding-red-side.jpg). If I stop attacking the dragon the fps counter instantly goes back to around 100.

Get into League of Legends practice tool -> spawn one of the drakes (or dragons) from the left toolbar -> attack the drake. The bug is present in all game modes.
