We understand you're experiencing issues after installing our latest generic driver.
Our first recommendation in this case will be to uninstall your current driver, and install the latest version provided by your computer manufacturer instead:
1. Uninstall the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software from Programs and Features.
2. Uninstall the Wireless driver from Device Manager.
3. Download and install the latest WLAN driver from your OEM: sp78133.exe
4. Apply our recommended connectivity settings.

Please keep in mind that our adapters are often customized by each computer manufacturer (OEM) when they're integrated into your computer. We always recommend using the latest driver version provided by your OEM, as this is the only version accounting for these modifications. The software and drivers provided by us through our Download Center are generic versions only.
We look forward to hearing back from you.
