Bitlocker without putting in a password

We have a Intel NUC kit NUC5i5MYHE.  The unit bitlockers and it writes to AD just fine.  On all other units we image (surface pro, surface books, dell laptops, dell pc's) they all write to AD and when they reboot, we never have to put the key in again.  Before we spend money on this unit, I need a way of using them without prompting the user for a password or having a usb key laying around.  This unit does have the TPM 2.0 and have tried it enabled and disabled.  I have updated the bios to latest version and it did not make a difference.  We are loading Windows 10 1607.
