Try installing the graphics driver manually, please check how to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1*
Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.45]
Also, make sure all your drivers are up to date from your motherboard manufacturer’s website, you can download your motherboard drivers here:

Once you do that, try reinstalling ArchiCAD 14, when running the installer again choose "repair" option instead of reinstalling complete application.
If that does not work check if there is a new version for ArchiCAD, please bear in mind that this is a old application and it might not work correctly with newer technology like the Intel® HD Graphics 530.
