I am currently researching this issue. I will update this thread as soon as possible. In the meantime, I would like to have the current BIOS version of the Intel® NUC and graphics driver version.
It would be great if this can work. It's the only reason I upgraded the NUC.
Graphics driver is: 22.214.171.124 590
BIOS: 0036 ( BNKBL357.86A )

Since you already have the latest BIOS installed. Please try loading default settings by hitting F9 key and save the changes with F10, and try again.
Additionally, please make sure you have set the configuration shown on the link below
If you are still experiencing same problem, please take some screen shots or pictures of the BIOS configuration and attach them to this thread.
To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" in the top right corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear in the bottom right corner of the response box.

Yes, I tried those exact settings and it did not work.
Also when I try to use my TV ti connect to a CEC device, it does not find any connected device. ( it searches to see if any device connected to HDMI 1 supports CEC )
I solved the problem.
You won't believe what the problem was. The problem was the HDMI cable. Apparently the cables I have don't support CEC or something. I got a new cable from Monoprice and it worked fine.
