Set Graphics Options to Insane, for bug.

Turn on flashlight (L by default) for more flickers.

If you get back to options and just set dynamic lights to normal, bug disappear

Additionally i tested on 4352 and 4501, no changes - so i think game never able to run without of bugs on Intel iGPU.

Painkiller - Black Edition Graphics Options "Insane"

Painkiller - Black Edition Dynamic Lights to "normal"

Painkiller - Overdose Graphics Options "Insane"

Painkiller - Resurrection Graphics Options "Insane"

PS: Game stutters only on video, by itself it runs great 100+ fps
